We're Searching for a Warehouse Operative Who Is:

Eager to demonstrate hard work, dedication, and a stellar attendance record.
Looking to grow within the company, with opportunities to advance based on performance.
Able to support and enhance our warehouse operations under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager, including tasks like picking, packing, and maintaining a smooth operational flow.
Exceptional in interacting with team members, showing potential leadership qualities.
Proactive, accurate, and organised in all aspects of work.

A strong work ethic, reliability, and selfmotivation.
Attention to detail, with an ability to produce highquality work efficiently.
A commitment to maintaining our high standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
While prior experience in warehouse operations, particularly in food businesses, is advantageous, it's not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're set up for success.
IT skills are a plus, as they're beneficial for potential progression within the company.
