Responsibilities:


  • Managing a team of 5 Bank Reconciliation Clerks
  • Reporting to the Head of Global Accounting Services
  • Ensuring the accurate reconciliation of over 450 bank accounts across 26 currencies are completed and reviewed
  • Managing the exceptional items and ensuring they are kept to a minimum
  • Group cash reporting for on system and off system entities
  • Answering queries from divisional teams regarding transactions in their accounts
  • Assisting the payments team locating bounced payments and posting to supplier accounts
  • Carrying out one to one performance reviews with the team

Requirements:


  • Experience in bank reconciliations, multiple currencies and high volumes
  • Experience in managing a small team, carrying out performance reviews etc
  • Level 4 AAT or equivalent preferred but not essential
  • Excel skills need to be of a good standard
  • Experience using Sage or equivalent ERP system
