Hyde is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant.

As an Executive Assistant at Hyde you will be working within the Finance and Resources Management team to provide high-quality effective, proactive and confidential support to the company's Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial and Resources Officer, and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the diaries and office of the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial and Resources Officer on an ongoing basis and during their absence.
  • Managing the CIO and CFO's inbox and acting as point of contact, providing continuity to progress and/or resolve matters effectively.
  • Organising meetings and events.
  • Organising and prioritising incoming information and requests, using judgment to determine how information requests should be handled and what needs to be brought to the attention of the CIO and CFO.
  • Drafting reports and communications on behalf of the CIO and CFO.
  • Attending meetings both internally and externally and where appropriate prepare minutes and action notes of those meetings, for agreement and followup.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a PA or EA role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and diary management skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
