We are looking for an enthusiastic restaurant supervisor to join our team at Peppervine.

This exciting opportunity will involve supervising the restaurant at our flagship site The Sycamores Burbage, a stunning pub in the heart of rural Leicestershire.

We have 45 seats indoors and our outdoor restaurant has 30, we also take walk-ins in the bar/lounge areas.

Serving Mediterranean inspired tapas Wednesday - Saturday (Sunday half days June - September) & Traditional Sunday dinners October - April.

We pride ourselves on creating authentic and homemade tapas dishes, using fresh ingredients.

Our menus change seasonally so we are always developing new ideas, and we endeavour to include the whole team in this creative process.

Have great attention to detail.

Have minimum 2 years previous restaurant experience.

Be able to organise and coordinate a team.

Have good time management skills.

Have a positive attitude.

Have great social & communication skills.

Responsibilities
Managing and motivating a team of up to 6.

Training team members on customer service.

Communicating with kitchen team.

Complaint handling

Using live booking system.

The job role will include supervising the front of house team of up to 6 members.

Pay is negotiable based on experience

Salary:
Up to £13.00 per hour
