Duties:

Undertake a range of tasks including assessments and interventions as related to their role
Undertake assessments and interventions as required to meet the service needs
Fullfil reporting function in relation to Statutory work
Development of care plans and risk assessments and to complete systems based paperwork
Work and communicate as part of a team
Any other tasks and duties commensurate with the role to be advised by the Team Leader

Requirements of the Mental Health Officer:

Have a degree in Social Work and Post Graduate MHO Qualification
Hold appropriate registration with regulator(SSSC)
Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
Current/recent training in: Adult Support & Protection (Council Officer preferred)
Full U.K driving licence essential
