The Ravensworth Operations Team Leader will be responsible for operational day-to-day running of Ravensworth.

Reporting into Head of Customer Service and Sales, this role is responsible for the end-to-end process, business reporting and development of the Ravensworth Brand.

They will provide support to all Ravensworth areas and be the first point of contact for escalations and sales queries relating to the work in their remit.

It is an extremely varied role where high levels of organization, critical decision making and commercial acumen are essential.


Applicants must be flexible and able to work different hours/days when requested and have a strong proven background in both people and workload management.

The right applicant for this role will be happy to help the team with the day to day workload but also have the ability to look at the overall picture.


Requirements:


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact operationally for the Ravensworth Brand
  • Manage the prioritization of the development tickets
  • Report on brand performance
  • Work with others within the business to improve efficiency
  • Day to day contact with the Sales team
  • Identify challenges and implement improvements
  • Make commercial decisions

Knowledge, Skills and abilities required:


  • Proven history of strong stakeholder management.
  • Proven history of being responsible for a busy and diverse workload.
  • Highly organized and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure to high standards and tight deadlines is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A good knowledge of digital, litho and large format print is preferred but not essential.
  • A sound knowledge of Adobe CS & Microsoft programs required is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven history of change management.
