• A primary responsibility of supporting the Director, providing support to ensure objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
• Driving the Director to appointments. This duty will be performed in a company vehicle for which you will be fully insured.
• Applicant must have a full clean driving licence. You must inform us immediately of any changes to this.
• Applicant must be over the age of 28 with 4 years driving experience to be insured for the role.
• Manage communication between members of the company when the Director is unavailable
• Help plan and orchestrate work to ensure the Director's priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all information, materials, and exercise discretion.
• Driving the surgical team between appointments
• Assisting in the set up and clean down of surgical areas.
• Organise and schedule surgeries and manage the Director's diary and schedule
• Organise the Director's business travel time in relation to the above
• Maintain office correspondence, including managing own electronic correspondence, as well as the Director's when he is unavailable.
• Perform reception duties such as answering phones where necessary
• Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order
• Manage projects when they start, and followup with team members where required
• Liaise with other members of the company on behalf of the Director
• Create sales invoices to draft level for approval
• Stock Take and Stock Control
• Preparation and decontamination of instruments and surgical equipment
• Assistance in preparation of surgical notes

The Employee will, however, be expected to carry out any other reasonable duties in line with his responsibilities to assist in the smooth running of the business.
