Calex UK Ltd, are recruiting for an Administrative Support role based in the Midlands area. Within this role you will support the Network & Go to Market Director and the Global Technical Training Team.You will be responsible for the Administration of Technical Training which will include, but not be limited to, the Administration of Technical and Bodyshop Training Programmes, providing administrative support to Technical and Bodyshop Global Trainers.
The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once. You will need to be flexible and thrive at working in a high demand and rapidly changing environment.Key Accountabilities
and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Global Technical Training Teams
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to markets, pertaining to Global Technical Training (including but not limited to the Global Training Calendar, and enrolling delegates onto training via the Global Learning Management System (Excellence)
- Scheduling meetings and / or organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings
- Liaising with staff and suppliers
- Printing materials and ensuring the timely distribution to meeting attendees
- Taking meeting minutes and recording these centrally
- Support the preparation of presentations
Essential Knowledge and Skills:

- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Act with Integrity and confidence (due to some of the work that may be undertaken)
Beneficial but non-essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous Event Management experience (including the interaction with delegates) would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience of working in the capacity of a PA would be an advantage but not essential
This is a hybrid role with some working from home and other days working in one of the Jaguar Land Rover offices in Whitley and Gaydon.
