Natures Way Foods began in 1994, when the Langmead brothers set up a small, bagged salad operation. Their big idea was to combine the freshest lettuce with the latest food manufacturing technology. Since then, we have grown by expanding our customer baseand moving into new fresh, convenient categories and product areas.

We have an opportunity to hire a Site Engineering Manager to join and oversee our team within our Drayton.

Key Responsibilities
Safety - Food and People - People are trained, and assets are fit for purpose to ensure people safety at all times
Results - As part of the Site SLT ensure delivery of the Balanced Scorecard - Safety, Quality, Service, Value, Pride In Our Sites
Great Results - drive efficiency workstreams to deliver above budget performance
Strategy - Work with other Engineering Site Managers to develop and implement Best Practice ways of working consistently across all sites
Improvement - a passion to improve the business across all Engineering areas Relationships - form close proactive working relationships with other Engineering Site Managers and GM's plus own site SLT
Teamwork - create a high performing team, investing your time in their development
Teamwork - Build and develop a 'Team working' approach across all Engineering to ensure consistency, flexibility and support
Capital - Work with Exec and Board to lead and deliver on all capital projects
People - a passion for our colleagues. Improve retention, engagement (via the colleague forums), develop talent.
Customers - Ensure compliance with all Customer standards
