**HRBP | London (Hybrid) | Up to £60k + package
This is a newly created role with a bit of a difference.

Our client are looking for a strong HR generalist who can operate both operationally and strategically - and has a passion for writing super engaging comms.

You'll be reporting into the HR Director andbe leading on activity across employee engagement, wellbeing, D&I and employer branding.

In this role you'll be**:

  • Shaping and improving the Employee Experience plan throughout the employee lifecycle touchpoint
  • Own the engagement survey (including comms) and the action planning you said/we did afterwards
  • Leading and supporting with the employee forums ensuring the employee voice is heard and followed up on
  • Driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda for business, taking a leading role to embed the D&I strategy
  • Using data to create an employee experience dashboard to highlight where improvements need to be made and more importantly where progress is being made
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Internal Comms to help the new Employer Brand land and be felt internally.
  • Working on all things wellbeing across the business

Ideally you'll be someone who:


  • Is a natural relationship builder and loves bringing different teams together to deliver a common purpose
  • Has an HR background but has a passion for writing engaging comms.
  • Has experience in working with internal comms
  • Is excited by the chance to scope a new role
  • Has touched upon either D&I or engagement in your previous experience
