Marketing Assistant

Location:
Birmingham (Hybrid Working)

Salary:
Up to £25,000, depending on experience

Due to an expanding workload, my client is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join their Infrastructure & Environment Team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be working in a dynamic and fast paced industry providing support on day-to-day tasks to help the commercial teams drive forward their marketing strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the delivery of major bids and tender submissions
Manage and update marketing information libraries
Event coordination
Support on the development of marketing campaigns and awareness activities
Support on the development of digital and printed marketing materials
Adhoc duties as and when required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams across the business
A creative approach to all tasks
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail with spelling and grammar
Ability to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
Previous experience in a sales or marketing role within an office environment (desirable)
Experience in producing bid documents (desirable)
Knowledge of CRM systems (desirable)
Experience of construction industry or professional services (desirable)
