Overview
A truly amazing opportunity for a strong Head of Operations Manager, area manager, quality manager, compliance manager or operations manager looking for a new challenge

On behalf of a specialist learning disability care provider, CureYourSearch are currently recruiting for a Head of Operations manager to oversee the registered management and development team for multiple residential, supported living and day care services in the Manchester area.

As Head of Operations you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, leading benefits and holidays and work for an organisation with excellent staff retention.

Some members of staff have worked there for over 30 years One member of staff has worked their way up from support worker to director level.

Location of the Head of Operations Manager role:

The office can be accessible from Manchester, Didsbury, Offerton, Cheadle, Stockport, Marple, Chorlton, Northenden, Fallowfield, Bredbury, Tameside and surrounding areas.

Must have experience with learning disabilities
Must have experience of achieving Good CQC reports
Must have registered manager experience
Must be passionate about person centred care
Must have good communication skills

The Head of Operations Manager Process:

The interview process for this role will be one stage.
