Web Uplift, digital marketing agency, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by initiating cold calls, engaging in outreach through various channels including LinkedIn and social media, and effectively communicating the value of our digital marketing services to potential clients.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our client base and play a pivotal role in our agency's success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct proactive and strategic cold calling to generate new leads and identify potential clients interested in our digital marketing services.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to connect with prospects, build relationships, and initiate conversations that lead to business opportunities.
  • Research and identify target companies and decisionmakers within those organizations to create a focused outreach strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Web Uplift's services, solutions, and competitive advantages to effectively convey value propositions during outreach.
  • Initiate and maintain engaging conversations with leads, addressing their needs and pain points to position our services as relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
  • Effectively manage and update lead information and interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate and organized records.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments or demos for further engagement with our senior sales team.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights during client interactions.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
  • Strong cold calling skills with the ability to make a high volume of targeted calls to potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and social media platforms for outreach and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for lead management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage and update lead information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a teamoriented environment.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fastpaced industry.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
From £11.00 per hour
