Description
Sure Antennas, an SFL Mobile Radio Holdings company, have been designing and manufacturing antennas for over 20 years.

We design and manufacture vehicle antennas which are integral to communications for the emergency services; Police, Ambulance and Fire and Rescue Service.

There is currently a huge communications transformation project underway with the Emergency Services, and Sure Antennas have designed antennas specifically for this project


Demand for our products is high and growing, and we require a talented sales person to help manage demand, and enhance our customers' experience.


We also exhibit in locations around the UK to promote our brand and products, the role will involve liaising with other teams within the business to arrange these events and maximise our exposure.

Supporting our team traveling and attending these events in a lead generation role.


Key responsibilities include:

***- Proactive account management - cross selling our solutions portfolio to existing accounts.

  • Qualifying incoming leads and enquiries
  • Following through with the lower value orders
  • Setting up meetings for the Director for the larger value prospects
  • Supporting the Director with proposals and quotations
  • Updating the CRM Pipeline and accurately forecast new business
  • Analysing data from the ERP system to help develop new growth from existing accounts
  • Attending exhibitions on behalf of Sure Antennas to generate leads with new and existing customers
  • Developing new ideas, in doing so, giving our customers the best experience possible.
***- Have experience selling, following sales processes and using CRM software

  • Antennas can be technical, as are the decision makers, so it would ideal if you had experience selling technology or something technical
  • Possess a strong phone/online presence, the roll will initially be predominantly phone based, with video conferences also used to engage with prospects and customers
  • Be process driven with an attention to detail, and an ability to identify and implement new processes to improve flow and efficiencies
  • Be proactive and persistent in approach, with a track record of uncovering opportunities within new and existing accounts
  • Be analytical, with the ability to interpret data and create actions
  • Possess excellent communication skills, written and oral, both internally and externally
  • This is a high growth area and it's crucial you have a flexible, will do attitude.
  • The ability to communicate in a professional but friendly manner
  • Full UK Driving Licence

It may be an advantage if you had:
***- Previous experience in a similar field

  • An interest in electronics
