Description
Our client is looking for an experienced individual to join their team as a Customer Service Supervisor.


The duties of the role will include but not be limited to leading a small team of dedicated customer service professionals, managing the daily activities.

Based in a village outside of Thame the hours of work will be 08:30am-17:00pm Monday to Friday.


Duties of the role:

  • Closely work with and support the customer service team administrators with processing orders, responding to queries, taking calls and inputting.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Manage the team KPI's and daily stats, setting daily tasks and formulating reports on this for the Line Manager.
  • Respond to escalated customer complaints.
  • Conduct one to one reviews supporting the Line Manager.
  • Complete all new starter training for new members of the team.
  • Formulate efficient methods to improve the customer service experience.
  • Carry out any additional duties required and provide cover on days of staff absence.

Personal Attributes:

  • Have previous experience in leading a small team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft packages including Outlook and Word.
  • Use Excel to produce graphs and tables, V Look up experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Display strong problemsolving skills and be able to work well under pressure.
  • Show the ability to develop rapport with clients.
Experience using SAP would also be advantageous but is not required as full training will be provided.


This company offer a salary of £26,000-£28,500 per annum and fantastic benefits including free lunch, snacks and drinks, casual dress and free onsite parking.
