Senior Customer Service Advisor
Exeter
£26,500 - £32,000 OTE/annum. Monday - Friday.

We are recruiting a
Senior Customer Service Advisor for a Vehicle Accident Repair Centre in the Exeter area.


A Customer Service Star who has the ability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information. You'll have excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment. In addition to a strong people background we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries and oversees day to day running of front of house.
  • Directs visitors by via employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring visitors book.
  • Maintains telephone system by following Company instructions for phone operations.
  • Creates a safe and clean Reception and waiting area(s) by complying Site requirements.
  • Process customer and work provider enquires and bookings.
  • Providing updates for customer and work providers for repairs in progress.
  • Complete customer vehicles check in for repairs and handover at completion.
  • Completing certificates for repairs.
  • Contributes to the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Coordinates stationery and refreshment replenishment systems efficiently
  • Maintain records within the internal database on a daily basis.
  • Assist with updating manufacturer database systems.
  • Assists with all matters relating to H&S.
  • Assists with invoicing and Purchase Ledger Control.
  • Assists with office administration tasks as required.
