The impact you will have
The Head of Commercial Solutions within our Rentals Division will drive the effective Commercial Management of all Arjo Key Contracts, Contract Managers, Specialist Rental Sales team and Clinical Nurse Advisors within the UK, as well as ensuring growth across the Arjo portfolio in
Contracted Accounts, Specialist Rentals and ad-hoc within Arjo UK.

  • First Line Management of Arjo Regional Contract Managers and National Specialist Rental Sales Manager.
  • Drive UK Rentals to achieve its Revenue & GP targets.
  • Responsible for all new & retain business tender submissions
  • Ensuring accurate invoice and contract information with Data Compliance & Finance Teams
  • To ensure contract performance is maintained including monitoring the delivery of service; management information and invoicing with effective communication with the UK Rentals Director
  • Assist with the review and change if necessary of key contract provision being a key contact escalation for all Rental Contracts
  • To ensure that management information is provided for all contracted customers & other key Rental accounts
  • Enable growth across the Arjo Portfolio with solution selling in line with Empowering Movement
  • To provide account analysis when requested by the UK Rental Director or other Portfolio Directors
  • To keep contract database uptodate on central system and liaise with relevant Finance personnel on invoicing and credit control.
  • To develop & implement a national contract business strategy working closely with the Operations Managers & Sales Managers, in agreement with the UK Rental Director.
  • To drive and champion the use of Salesforce across the rental commercial teams.
  • To develop opportunities for the expansion of products and services within the rental accounts.
  • To ensure that customer care standards are met and where possible exceeded.
  • To ensure reports on all aspects of the role and account performance are submitted to the UK Rental Director or other Portfolio Directors as required.
  • To follow all company policies, procedures and standards at all times.
  • Perform regular Personal Development Plans with direct reports and oversee development+

The skills you will need


It is essential to have a proven track record of commercial/sales management success in a similar customer facing role, within the Medical industry.


You will need an in depth understanding of the business processes being able to identify, investigate and explain variances to service provision, usage data and account history.

Analytical and negotiation skills are a must, as well as dealing with contract negotiations and presenting contract management information.


As this role dealing with a wide range of customer contacts you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, being able to handle situations that have complex elements.


Due to this role being field based, you will need to hold a valid UK Driving Licence and be comfortable with overnight stays as and when they are required.
