Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Administrator to work with the Bereavement Service in
Middlesbrough. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £12.02 per hour.

The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

The role:

Under the guidance of senior staff be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial, organisational processes within the council. Assist with the planning and development of support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake a range of tasks e.g. reception duties; answering telephone, face to face enquiries, liaising with relevant staff, dealing with visitors. Dealing with routine unexpected problems and situations within the service.
Deal with both routine and more complicated service issues.
Contribute to the planning, development and organisation of support service systems/procedures/policies.
Manage manual and computerised record/ management information systems
Analyse and evaluate data/information and produce reports/information/data as required
Undertake complicated IT based tasks
Provide personal, administrative and organisational support to other staff
Undertake administration of complicated procedures
Complete and submit complicated forms, returns etc.
Attend and participate in regular meetings

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline.

Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.

Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references.

Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
