The applicant will require a formal technical training/education in building construction or surveying and will be well versed in undertaking property condition surveys, identifying defects and solutions, preparing schedules of works and supervising work in progress.

A committed and enthusiastic professional with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, the successful applicant will also require a sound knowledge of relevant Housing and Social Services Legislation is required
