Dive deep into the heart of our creative process - right from pitch to post-production, collaborating passionately with our visionary directors Work closely with our directors during the pitch, prep, and post process.

Be the nexus between Anchous and the industry, bolstering existing relationships while scouting fresh, exhilarating partnerships.

Work hand in hand with agencies/brands and freelance teams to ensure project success.

Stay razor-sharp and updated with the industry's pulse, leveraging trends and client needs to fuel our growth trajectory.

Embrace the thrill of travel, jetting off for shoots and pivotal meetings.


You will bring:

• 5+ years' experience in production and advertising
• An insatiable entrepreneurial spirit, thriving on seizing opportunities that amplify both creativity and commerce.
• An ability to nurture, discover and work with directorial talent.
• Exceptional team management, eloquent communication, and networking skills.
• London based, with a willingness to work with US clients.
