RESPONSIBILITIES The Technical IT Service Delivery Manager will take responsibility for hiring, training and managing staff as required to ensure the evolve platform is supported 24/7, with all ITSM processes documented and knowledge shared across the Service Delivery team.
SKILLS As the Technical IT Service Delivery Manager you should have the following:
- Practised at adhereing to ITSM/ITIL best practices in a client services environment
- Be capable of problem solving under pressure
- Able to work in a structured and methodical manner
- Be diligent and demonstrate attention to detail
- Be efficient and deadline driven
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experienced managing 3rd party IT service providers
QUALIFICATIONS ITIL Foundation qualification
A relevant Microsoft qualification
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Degree Level
