Description

The Best Connection Employment Group are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join their busy team where you will be based in their Fradley Park site and will be key to handling customer enquiries, processing orders and returns as well as upkeep of their e-commerce stores.


Your role will include:
Processing web and trade orders/returns and inputting into our order management software.
Involvement in the operation and upkeep of our online stores.
Delivering outstanding support to customers and their enquiries.
Producing sales reports.
Working as a team to achieve our sales goals.
Ensuring all administration is up to date.

A confident communicator able to communicate our brand identity to customers, stockists and retailers with strong verbal and written skills.

Methodical and highly organised in your approach to data input and managing customer orders.
Passionate about delivering incredible customer service with an enthusiastic can-do attitude.
Able to demonstrate strong computer literacy.
Excellent at organisational and planning tasks with the ability to manage priorities independently and problem solve quickly and professionally.
