Hollol Gymraeg, the Brand New Restaurant situated in Nantycaws Filling Station overlooking the Black Mountain is recruiting

We're looking for Front of House Manager that include covering the below duties

Duties:

Greeting and seating customers
Taking orders for food and drink
Serving food
Serving alcohol
Cleaning and resetting tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware as needed
Answering phone calls
Placing takeaway orders
Prep or side work
Assisting kitchen with plating and garnishing menu items as needed
Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, washing dishes, etc

Experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Competitive Salary and you get to eat delicious meals too

Preferably have the availability to speak Welsh and English.

Applicants must be over the age of 18 due to serving alcohol.
