Application Support Analyst
2 days a month on site in either the Manchester or London office


My client - a leading Education company - are looking for an Application Support Analyst with Application support experience across a range of platforms and environments.


Responsibilities:


  • To support and implement development releases for production environments

Essentials:


  • Proven experience and technical knowledge of Windows server environments
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Experience of managing vendor relationships and holding Service reviews
  • Knowledge and experience of using of relational databases, including standard database technologies such Oracle, MS SQL Server
  • Fantastic customer services skills

  • Remote working for all but 2 days a month and can be based anywhere in the UK as long as you can get to London / Manchester
