The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment have partnered with a well-established business based in Thurmaston, who are actively recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy Sales team on a full time, permanent basis.

This opportunity is due to business demand and growth and will give you an opportunity to work within a highly experienced and fun office environment


As an Administrator, you will play a key part amongst the Customer Service and Sales Support team, ensuring that all Administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard within agreed timeframes.


Daily responsibilities could include:
- class customer service.

  • Sourcing and negotiating quotations and prices with customers/suppliers.
  • Raising and processing customer orders within agreed timeframes, ensuring that the customer is updated at every stage through to successful delivery.
  • Maintaining customer aftercare, ensuring that orders are received by customers within agreed time frames, and the products are to expected standards.
  • Managing a shared sales and customer inbox, ensuring these are acknowledged and resolved within 1 working day.
  • Accurately updating all customer/supplier contact and accounts information.
  • Constantly liaising with the Sales Team, to ensure a structured service from all departments.
  • Processing returns and refunds.
  • Providing additional administrative support and assistance to internal departments as and where required.


The successful Administrator will ideally have experience working within a similar role as listed above, or alternatively, have a true passion for Customer Service/Sales Support Administration.

You will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and thrive on delivering a first-class customer experience at all levels.

You will be confident taking ownership when handling customer enquiries, as well as maximising sales opportunities for the Sales Team in a timely manner.
