Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours a week)

As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in our ongoing financial operations.

You will assist with the day-to-day accounts function of the company and support the Management Accountant.


The important work you will be doing:

• Cashflow
• Posting bank payments to our Sage software
• Bank and control account reconciliations
• Assisting the Purchase Ledger Clerk
• Creditors allocation
• Processing payment runs and liaising with suppliers
• Raising sales invoices and dealing with any invoice queries
• Processing team member expenses
• Assisting in month end analysis
• Monitoring and updating our fixed asset register

The skills and experience you will bring:

• Previous experience within a similar role, including bank reconciliations, purchase invoice processing and sales invoice raising would be beneficial
• Excel and Sage software knowledge would be preferential
• Great time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
