Your Role- Reporting to the Training and Professional Services (TAPS) Operations Manager, (TAPS) Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Training team with the logístical support of courses and general team operations.

This customer-facing role is responsible for providing a top-notch experience for our customers globally.- What You Will Accomplish- Provide excellent customer service and support to Magnet clients to ensure successful operation of training programs.


  • Assist customers in registering and providing the appropriate information for their training programs.
  • Fulfill training orders, creating vouchers, assigning Training Annual Pass.
  • Coordinate the EMEA training program's logistics, including facilities allocation, materials, distribution of mobile labs, catering orders, and postsession evaluations.
  • Research and locate offsite training locations (hotels, conference centers, etc.)
  • Interface with online system concerning enrollments, rosters, and scheduling.
  • Create and mail MCFE certificates.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • What We Are Looking For
  • There are a few must haves, but we will keep that list short:
  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative support role
  • 2+ years' event organization experience
  • A University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management or equivalent program
  • Excellent organizational skills in order to manage issues, projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovative and creative solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fastpaced driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stress
  • Ability to manage a budget
  • Expert level working experience in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Powerpoint
