CRM Manager

JOB PURPOSE
Build and implement e-communications aimed at improving existing customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the Commercial, Marketing, Film and Retail Teams on adhoc campaigns and marketing automations for specific customer segments and business objectives
Analysing customer segments and the business impact of executed ecomms
Ensure integrity of client & customer data is upheld and adheres to privacy laws & best practice codes of conduct
Support departmental projects as required

Knowledge & Experience

Analytical in approach with the ability to report on results in a clear and concise way
Creative in the ability to understand what creative works well as well as the ability to problemsolve
Understanding of digital media communications
Strong attention to detail
