The company we are recruiting for has redefined flexi-time.


In this position, you have complete control over how you manage your time, your workload and indeed, what split you spend at home or in the office.

As you can imagine, this is a modern firm of Accountants.


Over the last year, they have improved their way of working and continued to grow and they now have a need to increase their team and employ a Senior Accountant who can manage a portfolio of clients.


Although their office is based in Leicester, because of the way they work, this opens up the opportunity to speak to people slightly further afield, but ideally close enough that you can still be part of the team and be included in social events.


You could, if you wanted, be completely remote and work from home and only meet with the team on social events, the choice is very much yours.

So, what else makes this position unique?

The short answer is variety.


Aside from what you would normally expect from working in a firm of Accountants, you will find that you will be working closer with your clients, this role will focus more on business partnering and, in some cases, acting as a virtual FD.


Working with your clients throughout the year, it won't just feel like a conveyor belt of jobs, you won't just be mopping up at the end of the year but actually providing proper advice and guidance.

The other thing that might seem different to your current company?

No more timesheets.

You won't be measured on chargeable time or on budgets.
Here you are only measured on the quality of your work.
