Description
Core Purpose
- To carry out all AP/AR financial processing for Glen Moray.
- To cover our system DRAMS processing as required.
- To assist in general office duties.
Work Content
- Process AP invoices (matching of PO's and goods receipt notes, creating new suppliers on system (Sage 200))
- Process Credit notes
- Reconcile Supplier statements
- Deal with supplier invoice queries
- Provide holiday cover for Glen Turner Distillery AP
- Create Sales invoices to customers
- Management of aged debtors ensuring payment terms are adhered to
- Despatch spirit from site via EMCS and DRAMS
- Complete spirit movement records in excel
- Complete internal spirit movements in DRAMS for HMRC purposes
- Control of petty cash
- Control of ordering stationary and other office supplies
- Answer phones in office to transfer to site staff
- Attend to guests at reception
Person Specification
- IT literate
- Experience and understanding of AP/AR transactions and the processing of them
- Experienced in use of Sage 200 or similar system (IFS, SAP etc.)
- Experienced in use of Word/Excel
- Experienced in use of DRAMS but not essential
- Team worker
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Excellent Communicator
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
