Lead Support Architect (home-based)
Are you looking a Lead Support Architect looking to get into a premier Qlik consultancy? Perhaps you're looking to further your career within the Qlik space


If the answer is yes; SearchDATA Group is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist for a premier Qlik consultancy with the chance to work mainly in the comfort of your own home and would love to discuss this position with you.

This is an exciting opportunity to be autonomous in your work and take responsibility from the get-go. Being the Technical Support Specialist with the platform as well as collaborating with business stakeholders and resolve user issues.


You'll be working in multiple industries and have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the UK and Europe such as a nationwide pizza restaurant chain.


Your development begins immediately, as the client will provide training to receive full Qlik certification as well as the chance to become an expert in data and Qlik.

We'd ideally like you to have some exposure to the platform and have the confidence toeffectively communicate with high-level stakeholders.

In return, you'll gain the ability to interact with high
- level stakeholders to resolve client platform/dashboard issues.

  • Additional desirable skills would include:
  • Experience working with additional Qlik software, for example:
  • Qlik NPrinting
  • Qlik Addons & Connectors
  • Qlik Replicate
  • Qlik Compose
  • Qlik Catalog
  • Active Directory onprem and Azure users, groups and permissions
  • Web authentication technologies e.g. SAML, OpenID Connect
  • Windows Server administration and virtual machines
  • Networking firewalls, ports, protocols
