Our teams' role is broad and will evolve significantly in the coming years.

The principal objective of the Managed Solutions Support team is to provide dedicated and centralised support to the Managed Solutions & Strategies (MSS) investment teams.


Job responsibilities:


  • Acting as a central point of contact liaising between the Managed Solutions Support group and key business partners across the organisation including Core Operations, Technology, Control functions, the Products team, as well as external vendors
  • Providing BAU support assisting with processing tasks across front office teams to help reduce the time spent by Portfolio Managers on noncore activities
  • Helping to drive process improvement efforts and implementing efficiencies in flows/processes and enhanced controls
  • Providing in depth knowledge on systems and processes, managing significant projects and initiatives with a distinct Middle Office/Operations impact

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Excellent knowledge of Python
  • Project management experience with excellent o rganisational and prioritisation skills, with the a bility to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
  • Good communication skills and the ability to building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders
  • Comfortable in challenging existing processes and passionate about improving team processes to help delivery efficiency and reduce risk
  • Control and risk focussed with the ability to analyse processes and ensure suitable levels of controls are in place
  • Having a proactive approach, can take ownership and adapt in a flexible environment where creative and strategic thinking are required in driving solutions, initiatives and projects
  • Ability to identify complex issues and react effectively, whilst helping to resolve problems

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Data analysis skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Previous experience in a financial services operations role or a similar process led environment
