You will be accountable for:


  • To ensure that all specified tasks are cleaned and presented within the allocated time frame, to the standard required by the Senior Housekeeper.
  • To be courteous and discreet with guest requests.
  • To handle guest queries in accordance with company standards.
  • Delivery of linen on every floor.
  • Adhere to all Mornington Kensington policies and procedures as outlined by the hotel.
  • Be an active colleague of the Mornington Kensington team in our mission of 'Turning Moments into Memories' for our guests

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
