An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 7 Mental Health Nurse to work in the Paediatric Psychology team, to offer a Paediatric Liaison service to young people with joint physical and mental health presentations.

The post offers an opportunity to join colleagues at Leicester Children's Hospital in providing multi-disciplinary, specialist care to children and young people with complex health needs.

Paediatric Liaison is a new team and recruitment is planned for Clinical Psychology, OT and Psychiatry time, alongside the nursing input.

Therefore you will be working with colleagues with a similar remit ensuring multidisciplinary oversight and co-ordination of the care offered.

Applicants with experience of working with children and who are interested in the relationship between physical and mental health are encouraged to apply.

You will receive regular clinical and line management supervision. There are plenty of opportunities for CPD.
