Due to continuedsuccess they require an experienced site manager that is committed to quality of build.

As their Site Manager you will encompass the overseeing of day to day running of a residential project based in Wrington.

Works are to be completed on time, on budgetand in line with Health and Safety standards. You will report to the Operations Manager for the business.

Qualifications:

Experience working for a Main Contractor or Residential Developer in a similar capacity
Experience in delivering Housing scheme in the region of 30+ Dwellings
SMSTS
CSCS
First aid essential
Full UK Driving Licence

Skills:

The ability to manage & coordinate multiple sub contractors#
Good level of commercial awareness
Excellent problemsolving skills
Ability to interpret drawings and identify any issues or problems with design
Experience with construction programmes with the ability to monitor and assess site progress
