Shift pattern:
Monday-Friday (40 hours)

Job summary:

Work collaboratively with the Brand/OL NPD team and the operations teams to develop and implement new products.
Ensure the design, adaptation, communication, implementation and embedding of production processes to support the ongoing manufacturing of new and existing products at each site.
Work with the Commercial team, suppliers and with external customers to create new product packaging and amend existing packaging materials and components to meet changing specification requirements to meet the demands of customers.
