Assistant Merchandiser to join an online home têxtiles retailer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, growing business.
The Role:
- Assist with admin tasks to gain a good understanding of the Merchandise function.
- Understand the Merchandising function and where they sit in the business model.
- Liaise with factories to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Prepare sales analysis for the team to help with planning.
- Support the team when necessary.
- Ownership of data and admin tasks.
- Help prepare data for the product team as required.
- Cover for holidays and sickness.
- Understand the business, business model and customer.
Skills Required:
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Numerate
- Administrative and accuracy skills
- IT skills including Excel
- Adobe skills preferable
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Clear communicator
- Graduate with a Buying/Merchandising degree.
