About us
Bader College, located at historic Herstmonceux Castle, East Sussex, is the overseas campus of Queen's University, Canada. The campus occupies a 600-acre estate, including a range of academic, residential, and recreational facilities.

Our dedicated faculty and staff provide exceptional academic programming for undergraduate and postgraduate students from Canada and around the world.

The Castle also serves as a venue for international conferences and meetings and the gardens and grounds are open to the public.

About the role

As Head of Finance, you will lead and manage the work of the Finance team to deliver services to our internal and external stakeholders.

This will include keeping detailed records and identifying solutions to problems in financial processes, and coaching, managing, and structuring financial team members and projects for best efficacy.

You will also be responsible for building relationships with colleagues across the organisation and ensuring that we use capital and resources beneficially.

This position reports to:
Chief Operating Officer


Qualifications and experience

Compensation
The role is full-time and normal working hours will be 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.

The remuneration for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
