We are seeking an accomplished, experienced Contract Surveyor & Estimator to join our Construction/ Landscaping company specialising in:

• General Landscaping (soil & turf laying)
• Brick and slab laying
• Concrete works
• Patio, driveway and pavement construction
• Fencing
• Rendering
• Garden rooms/Shed constructions
• Gate constructions
• Refurbishments
• Conversions
• Extensions
• Woodworks
• Should be well mannered, presentable with good customer skills
• Should take pride of their work
• Should be experienced in the industry (min. 5 years), have a great eye for detail
• Should be able to work on their own initiative

The role will involve site surveying and estimating of new projects.

You will need to have extensive background working within the industry.

Must have excellent knowledge in construction estimating softwares and Microsoft Office.

Must have a valid driving licence.

Work will be offered on a self employed basis.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
