Description
My client is a successful property management business and is looking to recruit an accomplished Health & Safety Manager to proactively manager it's PPM and facilities management and compliance functions across all sites.
As the Health & Safety Manager you will be responsible for the management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and to ensure the organisation complies with current Health and Safety legislation, approved codes of practice and guidance in relationto employment and service provision.
You will also monitor, evaluate and review the Health and Safety policy and practice, make recommendations, and implement new policies and procedures as required and assist in the identification of training needs for employees and arrange training as required.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Senior management team you will manage the implications of current and emerging health, safety, and welfare legislation, including evaluating options, make recommendations, and generate action plans to ensurecompliance across the organisation whilst supporting managers to maintain safe systems, providing specialist advice, coaching and practical support.
