We are currently recruiting for a
Events Coordinator to join our busy, vibrant sales team for a maternity cover contract for 1year, approx 25 hours per week across 4-5 days Mon-Fri.

Events Coordinator - What you will do?**- To pro-actively sell all our venues for special events (birthdays, anniversary's)

To plan internal events at Tewinbury including the farm yard weekly live music nights
Conduct appointments/show rounds with potential clients, promoting Tewin Bury Farm to the highest standard
Conduct planning appointments with booked events
To take part in the weekly function sheet meeting with ops and chef
To attend Sales Office meetings as required
To be able to assist at the wedding/event fayres that we host throughout the year
Work towards the events budget
Proactive approach towards future business and react accordingly

Events Coordinator:

Who we are looking for?*
Previous experience in a similar position for a boutique hotel or high quality hotel group is a must.
Confident and experienced in selling Events and Conferencing spaces maximizing revenue generation for this department.
