We are currently recruiting for a
Events Coordinator to join our busy, vibrant sales team for a maternity cover contract for 1year, approx 25 hours per week across 4-5 days Mon-Fri.


Events Coordinator - What you will do?**- To pro-actively sell all our venues for special events (birthdays, anniversary's)

  • To plan internal events at Tewinbury including the farm yard weekly live music nights
  • Conduct appointments/show rounds with potential clients, promoting Tewin Bury Farm to the highest standard
  • Conduct planning appointments with booked events
  • To take part in the weekly function sheet meeting with ops and chef
  • To attend Sales Office meetings as required
  • To be able to assist at the wedding/event fayres that we host throughout the year
  • Work towards the events budget
  • Proactive approach towards future business and react accordingly

Events Coordinator:


  • Who we are looking for?*
  • Previous experience in a similar position for a boutique hotel or high quality hotel group is a must.
  • Confident and experienced in selling Events and Conferencing spaces maximizing revenue generation for this department.
