Fantastic Position to work for an innovative Charity based in Hampstead/West Hampstead.

This EA role is to support a creative and inspiring entrepreneurial CEO who has been with the charity from the beginning and is hugely passionate about delivery and goingabove and beyond.

This organisation has a huge impact on its community and surrounding areas. They are truly inspiring within the creative sector.

This role is to be the right-hand support to the CEO as his EA and needs strong diary management skills.

You will be hugely involved in highly confidential meetings which will need discretion and diplomacy.

Strong minute taking skills, report writing aswell as the ability to multitask and juggle more than one project at a time.

They hold up to 100 events a week on their premises.

This EA role is the lynch pin to the senior management team where you will also be supporting the CFO and CTO.

HR administration is also a key factor in the position, and you will be supported by an external HR advisory agency.

Having a positive and measured approach is essential for this position given how many events and new projects are run and how busy the senior management team are.

You will be expected to meet with VIP guests and represent this wonderful organization, so confidence with working with people at all levels is important.

King Charles visited them last year.

The position has scope to grow and develop due to the nature of their values. It is a busy, fast paced highly professional organisation that does something quite special.

4 days a week in the office. 1 day a week working from home.
