The Skills Bootcamps Health and Social Care Tutor is a new support staff role that will play a key part in the growth of our organisation.

This is a broad role, operating in a small team and you will be responsible for the delivery of the Health and Social Care Bootcamp Courses, acquisition and enrolment of learners and the development of partnerships with employers.


We require a tutor, with a real passion for Health and Social care who will go above and beyond to support participants into employment, engaging with a variety of employers and stakeholders across Hampshire.

The successful applicant must be prepared to travel across Hampshire.

Travel expenses will be paid.


Salary - SCP 19 Currently £33,325.00

Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2025- possibility of an extension to 30th September 2027 depending upon funding


Closing date - Friday 26th April Noon


Interview date - w/c Monday 29th April 2024


Start date - May 2024
