Our client has some exciting growth plans and as a result they are looking to invest in the existing Sales Team and are recruiting a Sales & Business Development Executive to join their team in Redditch.

This role is fantastic if you enjoy sales but moreimportantly thrive on the long lasting relationship building and are looking for a long term career and not just another sales job.

You will be responsible for outbound calling using their existing database of major clients in the UK this is all B2B sales and you are looking to develop business relationships and securing new business appointments.

You would also deal with inbound account handling of any sales enquires from other divisions of the business.
The key responsibilities for the Sales & Business Development Executive include:

  • Qualifying market data and new leads by calling prospective customers
Identify new business opportunities
Appointment setting - accurately maintain BDM diaries as well as effectively schedule and record appointments.
Resolving any inbound queries with a prompt referral if required
Accurately recording information on the CRM
The successful Sales & Business Executive will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an outbound, B2B calling telephone based role
Excellent telephone communication skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to targets
Eager to learn new products and services. You have a broad range of services to offer so lots of learn you wont get bored in this role
