Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Dutton Recruitment are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join our busy office in Hull.

Experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential as full on the job training will be provided and will be ongoing throughout to help you excel within your role.

Duties:

Booking temporary workers into shift work which is requested on a daily basis from our large client base.
Working to ensure that worker compliance is maintained to a high standard at all times.
Working to the expected company standards at all times.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with high attention to detail.
A proactive approach to work and tasks.
Ability to work using their own initiative and also as a team member.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a large workload effectively.
Previous administration background
Ability to work at a fast pace and with accuracy under pressure.
