Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced, solution focused individual to join DHU as Head of Finance.

This is a new role, which will lead the financial operation of the company and increase the capability of the team.

The role is responsible for the overall management and performance of the finance department and company finances, reporting into the Deputy Director of Finance.

You will be managing the financial process, maintaining company cashflow, ensuring monthly accounts are produced, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow analysis.

Involved in setting annual budget and carrying out half yearly re-forecasts.

You will be supporting the Deputy Director of Finance in coaching and developing the team, performance and mentoring of the team.

Working with budget holders within DHU and managing financial controls
