The Role:

DHI are recruiting a Team Leader for the Reach Housing Advice & Support Service.

This service provides support to people in Bath & North East Somerset who are experiencing difficulty with their accommodation to enable them to live independently.

People may be struggling to sustain current accommodation, recently moved into accommodation following a period of homelessness or need support to find suitable housing.

The service plays a vital part in preventing homelessness and maximising people's incomes as well as tackling poor conditions and establishing new homes.


You will be responsible for the supervision of staff as well as ensuring that referrals to the service are managed and allocated.

You will also carry a caseload of clients with a housing need.

You will have the opportunity to work flexibly between home and DHI offices to support clients and the team.

The role is varied and interesting and requires you to ensure that all clients are offered an initial assessment as well as access to appropriate services within DHI.
