Overview:


Harper Macleod are currently seeking a Digital Support Apprentice to join their firm in Glasgow within their Personal Injury and Reparation department.


This role will involve reviewing claims from potential new clients and assessing if the claim should be progressed to a Solicitor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within a business that has supported over 60 apprentices through their qualification in partnership with QA


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answering all incoming claims enquiries from customers and log information onto Solcase (a case management system) you will receive training on this
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all clients
  • Communicate both internally and externally via Microsoft Outlook
  • Giving advice on the claim process to customers
  • Gathering information such as receipts, photographs or valuations
  • Referring doubtful, complex or highvalue claims to a Solicitor
  • Gathering information on new claims referred to the department
  • Assisting with scanning and printing

Full training will be provided.

Salary:

£18,018 per annum


Working hours:

Monday to Friday,
9am to 5pm.

90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.


Should you perform well in this role, there will be an opportunity for you to remain at the firm in a permanent position.
