£48,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location:
Welwyn Garden City - Hybrid
Contract: 12-month FTC
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
PROFILE
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a 12-month FTC for a client of ours based in Welwyn Garden City.
The Project Manager will translate business requirements into technical requirements, and then work with project team members to ensure projects are completed to the specification and timescales.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge and awareness of structured project management methodologies
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in project activity such as requirements gathering.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and results orientated.
- Ability to work under strict timelines with a good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of BPMO and change management is desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support on larger projects conducting data gathering and analysis to understand business needs.
- Provides recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed.
- Tracking and reporting timelines / budgets vs forecast.
- Escalate to relevant managers any issues as appropriate.
- Manage, control and coordinate small to medium size projects.
- Manage project communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organise and chair regular project meetings with project working groups.
- Document key objectives and benefits for project sign off.
- Ensure the necessary support is in place for the business during rollout of new system.
- Support business process change and change management activities
