Description

A global financial services company based in the City of London are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of client onboarding experience, preferably within financialservices, to take on a key role in the company.

This is a 3-month fixed term contract with the potential for it to turn permanent for the right person, paying a day rate of £220.


Key responsibilities:


  • Assessing KYC details such as document verification and payment flows
  • Accurately recording information in systems and checking for anomalies
  • Working with the sales team to complete CDD, KYC/KYB review to onboard business clients
  • Ensure that KYC/KYB and CDD best practices are observed and a culture of constant improvement is applied across the process
  • Building relationships with front office staff and the compliance team

Key requirements:


  • 12 years of client onboarding experience, preferably in financial services
  • Working knowledge of KYC, CDD and AML regulations and processes
  • Proactive, organised and efficient with the ability to selfmotivate and motivate others
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Adaptable
  • Effective at meeting deadlines
